I can hear the cat lurking around…
Last night it decided it was hungry at 3am – and decided to “mew” its way into my lovely dreams and such deep sleep. Tonight, I will not be victim. And I certainly won’t be running down stairs to give you food at 3am.
Especially not with these hamstrings…
You see, I started doing yoga (mainly ashtanga) about 3 weeks ago. I really enjoy it actually. (Three years ago I could imagine laughing at the thought of it all- shows how we grow). I’m not in it for any kind of spiritual vibe but I love the workout and how relaxed I feel even though I feel like I have worked on every single muscle. Ever.
Let’s go back to these hamstrings…
Ow, ow, ow.
I can use them. I just can’t seem to stretch them much at all, despite yoga impressing me with the improvements, I have been tight for too long.
BAD NEWS: the cat just said “mew”.
Luckily I’m typing on a touch screen. Imagine if it were a keyboard, maybe the cat would think there was something it needed to catch… (Apart from mrs’ little snores) Nope- I think this cat is too domestic.
Exhibit A) cat walks under garden chair into small spider web: totally freaks and backs up.
Exhibit B) cat is standing outside in sun, does a back flip via hand stand all of a sudden. I looked down- there was an ant.
She’s sweet, but woah. There will be no running down stairs for you tonight kitty cat.
Also- this new thing happened where we started calling each other a “jonas”…(a silly).. And then I said “don’t be a brother!” And we laughed, she was confused, so I said “a jonas brother…” So now if I call her a brother, she’s an extra silly.
It’s the small, dumb, but extremely cute things.
